Congrats for being named a UF Two-Year Scholar! This award got Rey a coveted position on the platform with all the big-whigs during commencement.
Congrats on winning the UF Physics Department Senior Thesis Award for his work on the Helium analysis in MINERvA

Things have gotten so hectic I forgot to post this awesome update! In Spring 2014 myself and Kelly Jordan, a Prof. in Nuclear Engineering at UF (he also controls our on-campus nuclear reactor) were awarded money under a competitive process internal to UF. It is the 2014 Research Opportunity Seed Fund Award, and we’re working on characterizing and finding novel uses for a prototype neutron detector. Congratulations to us!
